A new Chapter has arrived in Flint Michigan !

The Legio Flintius Chapter !

Hornblower and I are proud to announce the addition of a new Chapter of the 40K Fight Club, the Legio Flintius! Some of you (most I'm betting) will know then as Fresh Coast 40K (FC40K...40KFC...very similar...hmm...).

The Chapter has been founded by Chapter Master Muggins with Lieutenant Maelstorm. They bring with them their initial roster of Tau4Eva, Cerberus, Cerebus and GamersSanctuary. Together, they make up the founding members of the Legio Flintius.

Ordo Pacificus Change of Leadership

It is not coincidence that upon this unusual day, there would be a major event in the 40K Fight Club.

For it is today that Chapter Master and Founder of the Ordo Pacificus Chapter of the 40K Fight Club has stepped down from his Chapter Master role. His efforts to bring the 40K Fight Club to the west coast are why we are there today. He has organized and built a very strong Chapter, with many good members taking part in numerous events. His accomplishments are many.

Yet even the strongest need to take time to rest. Even those with unnatural drive and motivation need to step back for a time. Today, Chapter Master GSJTitan is doing just that.

But a Chapter must have a leader, someone to take the mantle of command and carry on in the ever onward battle, and the Ordo Pacificus is no exception.

With that, Black_Sword, long time member and long time Lieutenant is appointed to the Chapter Master position within the Ordo Pacificus !

We the Primarchs, have full faith in his abilities and look forward to seeing the continuing excellence that is a staple of this Chapter.

Chapter Master Black_Sword, your command is given, go forth and lead your warriors into battle!

GSJTitan, you are hereby appointed to a Lieutenant position within the Chapter.

Legio Sparticus Change of Leadership

Throughout the history of a Chapter there are many imporant events. Events that help to shape the future of the Chapter. Help to point it in a new direction, moving foward to serve the good of the 40K Fight Club.

Today one such event, perhaps the most powerful of event, has happened for the Lansing Chapter of the 40K Fight Club, the Legio Sparticus.

Today a new Chapter Master has been promoted.

The Primarchs of the 40K Fight Club are proud to announce that :

The Legio Sparticus is now under command of Chapter Master BallsyB!

Chapter Master BallsyB has a long history as an active and productive member of the Legio Sparticus. He is passionate about the hobby and has plans for the future that we the Primarchs are very excited about.

Ordo Fraternitas - Change of Leadership

Know that upon the 20th day of the 4th month, the Ordo Fraternitas Chapter Master, Deacon, has stepped down from his position. In his place is a returning Chapter Master of old, Globalsmack.

Chapter Master Globalsmack lead the Ordo Fraternitas in it's early days to great success, so the days ahead look as bright as ever.

Former Chapter Master Deacon has lead the Ordo Fraternitas for nearly three years and has fostered a very solid Chapter of people who really enjoy all aspects of the hobby. His decision to step down comes not from a lack of interest in the hobby any longer (which he still has plenty), but his desire to make sure that the Chapter has someone who can devote as much time and energy as possible to it's goals. A noble reason if there ever was one.

Deacon is staying on with the Chapter as a Lieutenant.

Hornblower and I are sad to see Deacon step down, but that is offset Globalsmack stepping back up, a man who we both respect greatly.

With that, the Ordo Fraternitas continues to flourish, if you are in their area make sure to check them out.

Another Chapter has been Founded!

Know that upon this day, a new Chapter of the 40K Fight Club Legion has been founded. Noxx, a young warrior of The Emperor, has stepped forth and planeted the flag of the Adeptus Shenanicus! Founding a new Chapter, the Twelveth!

Based out of Taylor Michigan at Shenanigans Hobby Shop, Chapter Master Noxx and his Lieutenants are planning some great events including a 1v1 and 2v2 tournament to celebrate the founding of the Chapter.

The Eleventh Founding Chapter Is Upon Us!

In the beginning, the Emperor was alone. He walked in places others would not and defeated foes that none could defeat. But even He knew that he would need others to walk with him, to carry the banner of mankind throughout the stars. Thus he created the Primarchs as his generals. Through them he would command the legions of Astartes, and through them he would bring the light of mankind to the farthest places.

The Primarchs were each given a Legion of astartes, and to command the legions they eventually created Chapters. These were commanded by Chapter Masters and their Lieutenants.

Today this tradition continues.

We are pleased to annound the Eleventh Chapter founding of the 40K Fight Club: Heretics, Inc.

2010 Painting Challenge

With the new year comes resolutions.   Often times we make them and don't keep them for more than a month or so.   But this year will be different!!

Primarch Hornblower is championing a resolution for all to take part in.   It is the 2010 Painting Challenge for members of the 40K Fight Club.

A unit a month for the year.   Make sure to check out the forums for details.   They can be found under the 40K Fight Club discussions header.   Join the over 30 people already involved!

The Tenth Founding - The Legion of the Damned!

And thus it was written that The Emperor would lay upon the shoulders of His Primarchs the responsibility of the Legions. The Primarchs did take this responsibility and with it declared that there would be order within the Legions and those orders would be called Chapters. Each Chapter would be an army unto themselves. Each Chapter would lead their own battle to spread the light of the Emperor to all corners of the galaxy. This was a sacred duty to be performed and the formation of these Chapters was something for all to behold. For when a new Chapter arose, it signaled the formation of a new weapon in the Emperors hand to smite His foes and spread His will.

This day, The Primarchs have given forth the approval of the formation of a new Chapter.

First full Domination Table in DT history!

Today, May 4th 2009, the 40K Fight Club has had a milestone reached.

The Ordo Pacificus recently held it's Domination Table Seeding Tournament to get it off and running for their Chapter.   The tournament had a great turnout and after it's completion their Domination Table had a lot of people on it, the challenging soon began flowing.   However, the table still had empty positions in the lower tiers.

The Chapter didn't rest!   After just over 2 weeks, they recruited enough players to actually have a FULL DOMINATION TABLE!   The first in DT history!

Congratulations to the Ordo Pacificus!   May the blood always flow downhill for your battles!
